Before You Return a Product

Before returning an Ekadori Studio product, please take a moment to understand how our pieces are crafted. Each item is handmade by skilled artisans in India, and natural variations in gemstones or minor irregularities are a part of the uniqueness of handcrafted jewellery. Every piece undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.


Cancellation and Refund

  • Order cancellations are only possible before the product has been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return and Refund

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged in transit
  • If the wrong product has been received

In such cases:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product must be taken at the time of the unpacking of the products, and must be sent to us at the earliest.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
  • All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with your order details and images. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Products with minor, repairable defects are not eligible for a refund, but may be sent to us for refurbishing or repair under our warranty service.

Partial COD Cancellations & Refusals

Please note that for all Partial Cash on Delivery orders, the upfront advance payment is strictly non-refundable if the delivery is refused, rejected, or cannot be completed at your doorstep. This advance deposit is immediately utilized to secure your shipment and cover non-recoverable forward and reverse logistics costs charged by our courier partners. We kindly request that you ensure availability to accept the package and clear the remaining cash balance upon arrival.


Exchange Policy

If the item does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@ekadoristudio.com within 4 days of receiving the item.

  • Please share your order number, reason for exchange, and images of the product.
  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup and inspect the returned product.

Exchanges will be processed only after:

  • The returned item passes our quality check
  • All original packaging and labels are present
  • The product is unused and undamaged

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our quality standards.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Products purchased under sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Please note: A flat processing and shipping fee of ₹150/- shall be applicable on all exchange requests, payable by the customer prior to the dispatch of the replacement item.


1-Year Warranty

All Ekadori products are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers natural wear and tear, including dulling or fading of polish, and includes refurbishing and minor repairs.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Breakage of gemstones
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage
  • Unauthorised alterations or repairs

A shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged for warranty services and is to be borne by the customer.


Final Disclaimer

Ekadori Studio reserves the sole and final discretion to approve or decline any refund, return, exchange, or warranty request, based on our internal quality checks and policy compliance. Timelines for exchanges, refunds and repairs will be variable, depending on the nature of repairs, availability of stock, and other factors.
