Refund & Returns

Before you return an Ekadori Studio product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The gemstones, therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation is only possible if the products have not been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

RETURN AND REFUND 

  • Refunds will ONLY be generated if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product, you must return them in the exact condition in which it was received.

  • Please note that the piece must be unused, free of scratches and intact in the box with all the labels. 

  • If you have received a defective product, share order details along with images at info@ekadoristudio.com within 7 Days of receiving the product. We will resolve the issue in 24 hrs. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If the product does not match your expectations, you can Exchange your product for another piece of equal or lower value. If the second product is has a higher value, the difference amount must be transferred to us before we process your exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@ekadoristudio.com within 4 DAYS of receiving the item.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Please share the order and exchange details along with images on info@ekadoristudio.com. 
  • Once the exchange is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for a pickup.
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check by our team and catering to the standards for our products and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if the products are damaged
  • We will ship the new product within 48 hrs of receiving the previous product.
  • Exchange can be done with any other available product on the website ONLY ONCE.
  • The price difference with the new product must be settled before we ship the new product.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the model you need will be in stock. 
  • Articles purchased on any promotion/ sale are not eligible for return/ exchange or refund.
